This week there is a delicious Japanese noodle soup with Foodspor Reishi extract on the menu! Enjoy!
Ingredients
- 2 cm fresh ginger
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 80 drops Foodspores Reishi extract
- 250 grams of fine egg noodles
- 4 medium eggs
- 3 tbsp sunflower oil
- 1½ liters or water
- 2 vegetable stock tablets
- 4 tbsp Japanese soy sauce
- 3 tbsp rice vinegar
- 100 g shiitake mushrooms
- 1 bush of bok choy
- 4 tsp toasted sesame seeds
Preparation method
1. Cut the ginger and garlic into thin slices, and then into small cubes.
2. Boil the noodles for 6 minutes.
3. Meanwhile, boil the eggs for 6 minutes.
4. Drain the noodles in a colander, rinse under cold running water. and let it drain.
5. Peel the eggs.
6. In the meantime, heat the oil in a soup pan and fry the ginger and garlic for 5 minutes on low heat.
7. Add the water, stock cubes, soy sauce and rice vinegar and bring to the boil.
8. In the meantime, cut the shiitakes into slices.
9. Add the shiitake mushrooms to the soup and cook for 5 minutes.
10. In the meantime, cut the pak choi into thin strips and add together with the noodles.
11. Heat for another 2 minutes on high heat.
12. Divide the soup among large bowls.
13. Halve the eggs and place 2 egg halves in each bowl.
14. Sprinkle with the sesame seeds.
15. Add 80 drops (20 per person) Foodspores Reishi extract and serve.
